GFMI was founded in 2017. It operates as an ICV manufacturing company specializing in fasteners, offering a comprehensive range of materials catering to the needs of the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industries, Water Services, Well Head services, Flowline & civil construction.
In 2018, GFMI was formally approved and awarded a prestigious Price Agreement Contract by Petroleum Development Oman LLC for the supply of an extensive range of fasteners, encompassing both coated and uncoated bolts. This distinguished recognition reflects GFMI’s unwavering dedication to excellence, strict adherence to industry standards, and consistent delivery of superior, high-performance fastening solutions tailored to meet the rigorous demands of the oil and gas sector
GFMI was awarded in 2019 by Daleel Petroleum LLC 3 years price agreement contract for the various fasteners for both the quoted & non quoted bolts & as on date they are very much satisfied with the performance as GFMI was the only company supported all the contractors as well as the GOVT entities during the Covid 19 in spite of several lockdowns in the country without affecting the delivery & commitment to the projects & LCC contractors without any price escalation even when Raw material prices shot up.
With 3 years of formation Of GFMI the journey thrived into to another level in 2020 with OCCIDENTAL OF OMAN awarding price agreement contract for a period of 3 years for both the QUOTED & NON-QUOTED bolts.
With this journey OQ quality department had a thorough Audit in 2023 & they were very much impressed on the quality of our manufacturing & awarded 2 contracts for their TURNAROUND project & shutdown requirements & GFMI have executed with almost satisfaction from the supply chain department & have impressed OQ to adhere with more contracts for the timely delivery & maintaining the quality without compromising.
OQ, recommended to their other entity that is OQ8 Duqm Refinery to award us the contract in 2024 since GFMI have extremely performed to the satisfaction of OQ to complete their shutdown projects
GFMI have received letter of appreciation from various contractors for their timely support in executing the projects without price escalation.
